1. Heard learned A.G.A. None appeared on behalf of accused- respondents though the case is called in revise.
2. This is an application seeking cancellation of bail granted by Sessions Judge, Muzaffarnagar vide order dated 05.03.2014 passed in Bail Applications No. 255 of 2014, 301 of 2014, 303 of 2014, 304 of 2014 and 820 of 2014 to accused-Ram Pal, Devendra alias Bhullar, Bittu, Mohit, Pappu, Ravindra and Lokesh in Case Crime No. 142 of 2013, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 436, 326, 452, 153-A IPC and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Phugana, District Muzaffarnagar.
3. This Court required learned A.G.A. to find out as to what material has not been considered by Court below which justified cancellation of bail granted to accused-respondents, but no such material could be shown, hence, I do not find any good ground to cancel the bail.
4. Application is accordingly rejected.
