Heard Sri Ratan Singh, learned AGA on the leave application.
This leave application is moved for the grant of leave for filing the appeal against the judgement and order dated 26.02.2007 passed in Sessions Trial No. 35 of 2006 (State Vs. Ram Autar & others), under Section 147, 148, 308/149 and 504 IPC by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 2, J.P. Nagar, by this impugned judgment Court below has convicted Ram Autar under Section 302 IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act and acquitted Ram Autar, Anil, Sunil, Bintesh and Nitin.
Perusal of the record shows that there was evidence against the respondents Ram Autar, Sunil, Anil and Bintesh. There is no illegality or perversity in the impugned judgement and it cannot be said that the view taken by the Court below is not possible or plausible view. Hence, the application for leave is rejected.
Consequently, the appeal is rejected.
