1. Heard learned A.G.A. for revisionist-State and perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 09.03.1989 passed by 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Moradabad in Sessions Trial No. 482 of 1987, whereby it has discharged accused-respondents from the offences under Sections 302, 120B I.P.C.
3. Despite repeated query, learned A.G.A. appearing for revisionist could not point out any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in this criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
