Heard Sri Sanjay Singh learned AGA-I for the State - Applicant and perused the record.
This is the bail cancellation application filed by the State challenging the bail order dated 13.1.2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. I, Mirzapur in Bail Application dated 26 of 2021 (Numan v. State of U.P.) in Case Crime No. 231 of 2020, under Section 3/5A/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Adalhat, District Mirzapur.
After hearing the submissions advanced by learned A.G.A. and perusing the averments made in the present bail cancellation application as well as bail order, this Court is of the opinion that learned A.G.A. could not point out any good ground for rejection of bail granted to the opposite party (Numan).
Accordingly, the bail cancellation application filed on behalf of the applicant - State is hereby rejected.
