Learned Standing Counsel states that the valuation of appeal is below Rs.2 lakhs. It is contended that in view of the policy decision taken by the State not to prosecute the appeal below valuation of Rs.2 lakhs, the State is not desirous of pressing this appeal any more.

Appeal is accordingly dismissed.
