Sri Nimai Dass learned Standing Counsel points out that pursuant to the order of remand impugned in this petition, the Debt Recovery Tribunal has passed fresh orders and that the same has been decided to be assailed by the petitioner here by way of a statutory appeal.
In that view of the matter and subject to liberty being reserved to the petitioner to assail the fresh order passed by the Tribunal in accordance with law, this petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
