The instant revision by the State is directed against the order dated 25.03.1989 passed in an execution case no. 134 of 1985.
On the basis of instructions received, learned Standing Counsel has stated that the order impugned has already been complied with and the payment required to be made by the State in pursuance thereof has been paid to the claimant-opposite party. This payment has been paid to the opposite party through Court in the year 1990.
Under the circumstances and since almost 28 years have elapsed, since the order impugned was complied with, this revision has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
