A.G.A. submits that the accused persons were fixing peg on the land of deceased Bansi Lal When Bansi Lal prevented them not to do so and thereafter accused persons attacked on Bansi Lal with Lathi and Danda. His act was not so serious that his murder could be caused by the accused persons. Encroaching upon the land by the deceased at the time of incident does not justified this murder.
Admit.
Issue bailable warrants against the respondents.
