The Stamp Reporter has also reported that valuation of this appeal is given as Rs. 2808.59.
The State Government vide Government Order dated 28.11.2016 decided not to press the appeals, where the liability is below Rs. 2 lakhs.
In such view of the matter, the present appeal stands dismissed on the ground of smallness of amount.
