It has been ascertained through Supplementary Affidavit dated 9.12.2018 that the dispute is not in existence as an over bridge over the land in dispute has been constructed.Thus the present petition has become infructuous by efflux of time and it may be dismissed as such. The said fact was not controverted by learned A.G.A.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
