1. Learned A.G.A. for Revisionist-State and perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by order dated 11.08.1995 passed by IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Deoria in Session Trial No. 1 of 1995 and 1A of 1995, whereby Respondents were acquitted from the offence under Sections 420, 120B IPC and Section 5(2), 5(1)D, 13(1)D of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
3. Despite repeated query, learned A.G.A. appearing for revisionist could not point out any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
