Heard the learned Standing counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:
" Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order/award passed by the respondent no. 1 dated 3.33.2011 in P.L.A. caseno. 2 of 2011(Annexure-1 to the writ petition)."
At the very outset, Mr. Lal Chand Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent in the connected writ petition no. 15364 of 2012, which was filed by the concerned Doctor, who had performed the family planning operation of the claimant respondent no.2 Smt. Vimlesh, submitted that the awarded amount has already been received by the claimant in pursuance of the impugned order dated 3.11.2011 passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat, Jhansi. Learned Standing counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the submission so made by Mr. Lal Chand Mishra.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
