Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioners have preferred the present writ petition with the following prayer:-
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 and 3 to issue original U.P. Teacher Eligibility Test Certificate (Primary Level) of the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2013-14 to the petitioners bearing Roll Numbers 0830100343, 0830100186, 0830100381, 0830100289, 0830100196, 0830100318, 0830100036, 0830100208 and 0830100335."
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he passed T.E.T. Examination 2013-14 and declared qualified. It is further contended that only the photo-stat copy of the Teacher Eligibility Certificate (Primary Level) of the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2013-14 was provided to the petitioner and in spite of the repeated request the original copy of the same was not provided to him. In this regard, he made a representation addressed to the respondent no.4 on 1.3.2016 but till date no order has been passed on the same.
In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to move a fresh representation raising his grievance before the respondent no.3 along-with certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is made, the respondent no.3 will consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a further period of one months, thereafter.
With the aforesaid observations, present writ petition is disposed of finally.
