The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing Executive Officer, respondent-3 to decide the representations of the petitioner dated 17.1.2017 and 11.12.2017 in the light of Circular / G.O. dated 15.11.2016 and 21.3.2017.
It has been stated that petitioner is working as Hand Pump Fitter since 10.4.1999. Now under the Government Order, he is entitled to be regularized on that post.
The petitioner has already moved a representation in this respect but no order has been passed.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to Executive Officer, respondent-3 to decide the representation of the petitioner , expeditiously, by reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
