Heard.
2. The relief in the present writ petition is primarily directed against respondent No.5, who is a private party. Petitioner alleges that respondent No.5 is unauthorisedly publishing a movie produced by petitioner.
3. Petitioner has not made any complaint either to the police nor has taken any civil proceedings. The averments in the affidavit, which are very brief, show that petitioner complains of invasion of his civil rights. Present writ petition is, therefore, not maintainable as the petitioner has to approach a competent civil court for appropriate relief.
Hence, with the liberty aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
