JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER:
Heard.
2. Petitioner, who is a Field Officer, was suspended pending enquiry and a show cause notice was issued to him on 23.09.2014 pointing out the allegations against him and giving him opportunity to appear in person and present his version in defence and submit further evidence in support of his case.
3. Though the present writ petition questions the said order of suspending pending enquiry, the same cannot be interfered with as the petitioner does not question the said order either on the ground of the competence of the Project Officer, who passed the order or any mala fides are alleged. However, the Project Officer is directed to ensure that the disciplinary enquiry as per the notice is conducted and completed expeditiously and appropriate action based thereon is taken preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
