2. Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.914/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 145, 354, 504, 506 r/w 149 of IPC and Section 3(1)(iv)(v) and 3(x) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Addl. SPP appearing for respondent No.1 submitted that after investigation, ‘B’ Summary Report has been submitted before the Court.
4. The submission is placed on record. In view of the above submission, reserving liberty to the petitioners to seek for discharge before the trial Court, petition is dismissed.
