(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) A speaking interim order was passed by the learned Single Judge on 21.10.2016 and realizing the importance of early disposal, the matter was posted on 18.11.2016 for disposal. The appellants, being government authorities, as usual, did not file the counter affidavit in time and the counter was filed on the anvil of the hearing on 17.11.2016. The matter was, thus, adjourned to today.
2. We see no reason why this Court should interfere with the interim discretionary order when the matter is already coming up for final hearing before the Court today. It is for the authorities to canvass their case before the learned Single Judge.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed. Consequently, C.M.P.No.1215 of 2017 is closed.
