When the writ petition came up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty with the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in relation to the same subject matter in view of the subsequent notification issued by the State Government in the matter of grant of additional batches in the existing Higher Secondary Schools.
