JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ramachandra Menon,J
Petitioners have approached this Court alleging police harassment at the instance of the 3rd respondent, who is a retired Circle Inspector of Police.
2. The case of the petitioners is that the 3rd respondent volunteered himself to act as Commission Agent for canvasing programs in connection with the business transactions being carried out by the 1st petitioner company, who is engaged in the field of telecasting various events and programs through the broadcasting channel by name ”See TV”. The proposal of 3rd respondent was not palatable to the petitioners and the same was not acceded to. This made the 3rd respondent to lock the horns with the petitioners and the 3rd respondent started filing of frivolous complaints, on the basis of which the petitioners are being harassed. This is sought to be intercepted by filing writ petition.
W.P.(C) No.15116 of 2014 2
3. The learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2, submits, on instructions, that the petitioners in connection with the business have collected various amounts from different persons offering shares in the 1st petitioner company. The assurance made by the petitioners was never given to be materialized and several complaints were made from different corners involving various offences, including under Section 420 IPC. It was accordingly that three different crimes were registered against the petitioners as Crime Nos.361 of 2013, 944 of 2013 and 306 of 2014 of the Museum Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram and investigation is going on.
In the above circumstances, this Court finds that, this is not a fit case to call for interference. Interference is declined. The writ petition is dismissed.
