The exemption granted under Section 81(1)(c) of the Kerala Land Reforms Act, 1963 (the Act for short) is impugned. The exemption was granted as coffee plantation in respect of 2.42 acres.
2. The Taluk Land Board in so doing has relied on the report of the authorised officer. The authorised officer has based his report on coffee registration certificate No. 5155/1950.
3. The coffee registration certificate referred to above extends to 2.42 acres. There is nothing wrong in the Taluk Land Board granting exemption for such exemption. No question of law has been wrongly decided by the Taluk Land Board.
The Civil Revision Petition fails and is dismissed.
