Sri.T.Madhu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that leave may be granted to the petitioner to withdraw this Crl.M.C with liberty to file fresh Crl.M.C, with material particulars to establish as to how the factual findings rendered by the court below in the impugned Annexure-A1 order are incorrect. Accordingly, Crl.M.C is closed as withdrawn with the above liberty.
