The petitioner had submitted Ext.P6 representation to the Government inter alia seeking for sanctioning additional post of HSSTs (Junior) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics on account of the up gradation as a Higher Secondary School with effect from 2010-2011. The complaint was that despite filing of Ext.P6, no action has been taken in the matter. 2. Heard the learned Government Pleader who submits that appropriate orders will be passed within a reasonable time.
3. In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of as under.
The 1st respondent shall consider Ext.P6 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the affected parties.
