JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2.
2. By this Writ Petition the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing the second respondent to supervise the examination, which was scheduled to take place on 29th June, 2014.
By efflux of time, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
