JUDGMENT / ORDER

ANTONY DOMINIC, J.
C.M.Appln.No.416 of 2014 is filed to condone the delay of 829 days in filing the appeal.
2. We heard the learned Government Pleader and also the learned counsel for the respondents.
The petition is supported by an affidavit by the petitioners. In the said affidavit, apart from narrating the administrative reasons and the procedural requirements, there is no explanation, much less any satisfactory explanation, is forthcoming to condone the inordinate delay. Therefore C.M.Application is dismissed.
Consequently, the appeal is also dismissed.
