JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the above Criminal Miscellaneous Case was taken up for consideration today, Sri.C.P.Udayabhanu, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to withdraw this Crl.M.C. in order to file a Criminal Revision Petition to challenge the correctness of the impugned Annexure-VII order dated 30.4.2014 of the jurisdictional Magistrate concerned refusing the plea of discharge. Sri.C.P.Udayabhabu, the learned counsel for the petitioners would also submit that all the contentions of the petitioners raised in this petition may also be kept open along with their right to resort appropriate remedies in accordance with law, on any of those aspects. The Crl.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn with the above said liberty. Sd/-
