The petitioner is an applicant for appointment as an Authorised Wholesale Depot (AWD) No.10 in Kanhangad Municipality. The application was invited on 9.6.2013 as seen from Ext.P1. The petitioner submitted Ext.P2 application. The petitioner submits that he has all the facilities to grant AWD.
Considering the fact that proposal has been invited and the petitioner has responded to the invitation by Ext.P2, therefore, respondents 2 and 3 shall take a decision in the matter as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
