Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. According to the petitioners, there are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.715/2014 of the Varkala Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram District. The learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the investigation of this case is over and the final report has already been filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Varkala for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 323 and 294(b) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. All the offences being bailable, there is no room for any apprehension. The petitioners can approach the court below with an application for regular bail.
In the result, this bail application is dismissed with the aforesaid observations.
