Petitioner approached Chief Minister of Kerala for assignment of land. This was forwarded to the District Collector, Kollam as seen from Ext.P4. Petitioner thereafter approached the District Collector. It seems that report has been called for from the Executive Engineer, PWD. Ext.P6 is the report. The Executive Engineer has recommended the assignment. However, on account of delay in taking decision by the Government, petitioner has approached this Court.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to take ecision in the matter after adverting to Ext.P6 report and also hearing the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
