Antony Dominic, J. Petitioners in OP(KAT) No.369/14 have filed this review petition seeking review of the judgment dated 4/11/14 dismissing the OP. The contention raised in this review petition is that the 1st respondent did not possess the essential educational qualification of Degree for appointment to the post of Assistant Director of National Savings.
2. Reading of paragraph 6 of the judgment dated 4/11/14 rendered in the OP shows that, this contention was specifically raised, adverted and was rejected by this Court. In such circumstances, the alleged absence of qualification, now urged by the learned Government Pleader, cannot be a ground to infer that the judgment suffers from any error for review.
Review petition is dismissed.
