JUDGMENT / ORDER

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2. According to the petitioners, they are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.552/2014 of Perumbadappu Police Station, Malappuram district.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that even though an offence under Section 354 IPC was initially incorporated, presently, that has been deleted and all the offences alleged against the petitioners are bailable.
Matters being so, the above submission is recorded and this Bail Application is closed.
