JUDGMENT / ORDER

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2. According to the petitioners, they are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.908/2013 of Bekal Police Station.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that final report has already been filed on 20.07.2014 before the court below. Matters being so, the petitioners can approach the court below with an application for regular bail, and in such case, the court below shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
In the result, this bail application is closed.
