----------------------- The petitioner contested in the election of Vela Committee- 2015 of Manappully Bhagavathy Devaswom. Aggrieved by the declaration of result in Vela Committee-2015, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. According to the petitioners, certain elected members are disqualified in terms of Ext.P13 Government Order and Ext.P16 decision of the Board of trustees. Accordingly the petitioner preferred Ext.P19 under Section 20 and 21 A of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1951 before the 3rd respondent. The limited request of the petitioner is the early disposal of Ext.P19 by the 3rd respondent.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P19 in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner and affected persons, within a period of three weeks W.P.(C).No.32139 of 2014 2 from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
