Application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. According to the petitioners, they are apprehending arrest in connection with C.C.No.39 of 2012 pending before the Court of Enquiry Commissioner and Special Judge, Thrissur. It seems that on one of the posting dates the petitioners could not appear before the court below and consequently, their bail was cancelled and notices were issued to the sureties.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, they are unable to procure other sureties and the court below may be directed to accept the earlier sureties. It is for the petitioners to pointed out those aspects before the court below, and in such case, the court below will pass appropriate orders. It is not fair on the part of this court to give any such directions B.A.No.8522 of 2014 2 to the court below. It is for the petitioners to surrender before the court below and seek bail.
With the above said observations, this bail application is dismissed.
