Antony Dominic, J. Heard learned Government Pleader appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
2. This Writ Appeal is filed by the respondents in Writ Petition No.22108/2008. The said Writ Petition was filed by the respondent herein challenging Ext.P6 order passed by the appellants rejecting his claim for Freedom Fighters' Pension. In the judgment under appeal, the learned Single Judge set aside Ext.P6 and directed reconsideration of the matter. While doing so, the learned Single Judge also imposed a cost of Rs.7,500/- on the appellants and this appeal is preferred against that judgment.
3. We are now informed that pursuant to the direction of the learned Single Judge, the matter was reconsidered by the appellants and the claim was again rejected, which was again challenged before this Court. In this appeal, the main grievance is against the order of the learned Single Judge imposing cost on the appellants.

4. On a reading of the judgment, we are not inclined to think that this was a fit case for imposing any cost on the appellants. Therefore, we dispose of this appeal deleting the cost ordered by the learned Single Judge in the judgment under appeal.
Writ appeal is disposed of accordingly.
