… Respondents (By Sri.S.Chandrashekaraiah, HCGP for R-1) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to quash the entire proceedings in Cr.No.123/2015 of R.T.Nagar P.S.,pending on the file of the LVI ACMM, Bengaluru in C.C.No.18195/2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504 of IPC read with Section 3,4 of D.P.Act.

Hence, petition is dismissed as not pressed.
