O R D E R Learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
2. The plea of the petitioner is for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the Form No.53 filed by the petitioner vide Annexure ‘D’.
3. The learned Government Pleader submits that if all the requisite documents are furnished in terms of the Circular dated 23.11.2010, the necessary work will be completed as expeditiously as possible.
4. Her submission is recorded. The writ petitions are disposed off. The respondent No.2 are directed to consider the Form No.53 filed by the petitioner vide Annexure D, provided they are within time, authentic and contain all the required documents and pass appropriate orders therein in accordance with Law, as expeditiously as possible Learned Government Advocate is permitted to file her memo of appearance within four weeks.
