J U D G M E N T Against an order of acquittal passed by the Prl. Sessions Judge and Special Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru in Spl. Case No.24/2012 dated 06.03.2014, present appeal has been filed by the Lokayuktha Police.
Notice came to be ordered on this appeal and police report received would indicate that respondent has expired in the year 2015 itself.
In that view of the matter, appeal stands abated.
