J U D G M E N T A report has been filed by the P.S.I., Mulki Police Station, stating that the accused/respondent namely Sri Mohammed Sadiq is no more. It is stated that he died on 22.01.2018. The copy of the death certificate is also enclosed.
The respondent is the sole accused. In view of his death, the present appeal abates.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
