This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to quash the entire proceedings in Crime No.339/2017 pending on the file of Principal Civil Judge (Jr.dn) and JMFC, Malur, filed by the Malur Police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Petition is of the year 2017. Several adjournments have been granted to comply with office objections but same has not been complied with as on date as per the note made by the Registry. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, petition stands dismissed.
