Patil, AGA) These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to quash Annexure–K notice issued by the R-4 dated 16.02.2019 and all further proceedings thereto and etc., These Petitions coming on for Preliminary Hearing, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri. D. R. Ravishankar, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Sri. Vijay Kumar A. Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.
These petitions are admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the same are heard finally.
2. In these petitions, petitioners inter alia have assailed the validity of the notice dated 16.02.2019 issued by respondent No.4 to the petitioners.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate has produced a memo, which is taken on record. In the aforesaid memo, it is stated that in pursuance of the show cause notice, which is impugned in these petitions, since the petitioner did not appear before respondent No.4, respondent No.4 proceeded further with the enquiry and has submitted preliminary enquiry report. The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions. Accordingly, petitions are disposed of.
5. Needless to state that petitioners shall be at liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to them in case grievance of the petitioners still subsist.
With aforesaid liberty, writ petitions are disposed of.
