SPP for R1) Criminal petition No.5535/2015 is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to quash the entire proceedings initiated pursuant to complaint filed by the 2nd respondent against the petitioner in C.C. No.121/2014 now pending on the file of Principal Civil Judge and JMFC Court, Kanakapura, for an offence punishable under Sections 3 and 7 of Essential Commodities Act.
Criminal petition No.5536/2015 is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to quash the entire proceedings initiated pursuant to complaint filed by the 2nd respondent against the petitioner in C.C. No.122/2014 now pending on the file of Principal Civil Judge and JMFC Court, Kanakapura, for an offence punishable under Sections 3 and 7 of Essential Commodities Act.
These Criminal petitions coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R The PSI of Kodihalli Police Station, Kanakapura Taluk, Ramanagara District, submitted a report for having served copy of the Court Notice on the petitioner. In view of the said report, Court Notice to the petitioner is held sufficient.
Petitioner is not present nor has he taken any steps to prosecute the petitions. Hence, petitions are dismissed.
