ORDER After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused and the learned High Court Government Pleader for some time. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner has urged several grounds to discharge the petitioner/accused but all those grounds can be urged during the course of trial.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/accused prays by giving liberty to urge those grounds before trial Court during the course of trial, the petition may be disposed off.
3. The said submission is placed on record.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner/accused to urge all the grounds during the course of trial.
In view of the dismissal of main petition, I.A.No.1/2019 do not survive for consideration.
Hence, I.A.No.1/2019 is disposed off.
