O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn since the petitioner intends to surrender before the concerned court and move for regular bail. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record.
3. In the event the petitioner surrenders before the concerned court and moves for bail, his application shall be considered as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, having regard to the specific contention raised by him, without being influenced by the earlier order of rejection of the bail application.
