The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition for cancellation of Anticipatory Bail before the concerned lower Court, which had granted anticipatory bail to the respondent / accused No.5 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
