JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ms.Mandaviya, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a view to make representation to the Commissioner of Mid­day Meal Scheme. However, she submits that the representation as may be made be directed to be decided within some time limit. Considering the facts and circumstances, if the representation is made by the petitioner within two weeks from today, the same shall be decided within a period of 6 months from the receipt of the representation and the order of this Court.
Subject to the aforesaid direction, petition is disposed of. Rule discharged.
