A perusal of the record indicates that by a communication dated 9.5.1995, the respondent Somabhai Bijalbhai Parmar had informed that he would like to avail the services of a government advocate. In support of his application, he has also annexed a copy of the certificate issued by the Vadadala Gram Panchayat indicating that his annual income in the year 1994-95 is Rs.1,500/-.

In the aforesaid premises, the Gujarat High Court Legal Service Committee shall do the needful in the matter and provide necessary legal assistance to the respondent.
