(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE R.P.DHOLARIA) [1] Present application under Section 378(1)(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been preferred by the applicant - State of Gujarat for Leave to Appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 20.11.2012 passed by the learned 7th Additional Sessions, Rajkot, in Sessions Case No.19 of 2011.
[2] Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the applicant State of Gujarat.
