1. Registry has submitted Note pointing out that pleadings referred to in the order of this Court dated 16.6.2004 was filed in the Registry on 25.6.2004. In view of this, the observations and directions contained in para- 4 to 6 of the order of this Court dated 30.10.2012, are recalled.

2. Pleadings filed by a litigant in Registry should be tagged with the matter, which is not done in this case, resulting into recording of an avoidable order. Registry to be more careful.
