========================================= CORAM : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA and HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE Z.K.SAIYED Date : 18/09/2012 ORAL ORDER (Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) After sufficient opportunities being given to learned counsel for the appellants to go through necessary record of the trial Court and refer to relevant documents, learned counsel has only sought time on the plea that his client is personally called to the Court and he still requires more original papers to be called for the purpose of argument. Admission hearing has been extended in this fashion on earlier occasion as well as today, causing waste of public time of the Court. Therefore, learned counsel is requested, now by this order, to present his case after going through all the relevant documents and record produced before the trial Court and make out a case for admission of appeal on the basis of sound arguments based on facts which can be pointed out by him from record. Admission hearing is adjourned to 10th October 2012, at his request, with the expectation that no further public time of the Court will be wasted, as it is done so far and no adjournments at the admission stage may be expected any longer.
